The venues that look great online all summer do one thing differently. They shoot in October and November, while it's quiet and the light is perfect. Then summer is just hitting post.

  • A half-day shoot at your venue (3 to 4 hours). Real people using the space, not empty rooms.

  • 20 to 30 edited photos

  • 6 to 8 vertical reels, edited and ready to post

  • A raw B-roll library for stories and future reels

  • 10 hook and caption starters, written for you

  • A 4-week posting guide, so you know what to post and when

  • Everything in one Google Drive folder, ready for you to use

How it works:

From booking to posting in about two weeks:

  1. Book a quick chat. 15 minutes to make sure we're a good fit.

  2. Lock in your date. A 50% deposit secures your shoot.

  3. Strategy call. 30 minutes on your guests and your summer goals.

  4. Shoot day. I come to you with a shot list. You keep running the place.

  5. Your folder lands. Within 7 to 10 business days, ready to post.

I'm Abbey. I've spent 10 years marketing places where people gather, in house and agency side, from resort brands across multiple destinations to launches for some of Noosa's best-known venues. I grew up here, and I know how this coast runs in summer.

This isn't a photographer turning up to take nice photos. Every shot is planned around what gets people to book, and it's all done by me, from the strategy call to the final folder.

  • No. I work around service, and real guests make better content. We do recommend letting patrons know upon seating and notifying me of any requests to not be on camera.

  • Yes - Gathr Studio works across Australia. Travel beyond the Sunshine Coast is quoted seperately.

  • Both venue + Gathr Studio own the content in perpetuity. Essentially, both parties can use across socials, web, email without any limitations or restrictions.

  • We can discuss rescheduling at no extra cost if your venue is weather dependant.
